Avocado Oil

Avocado Oil is very versatile and can be used for all cooking, dipping and salad dressings.Avocado Oil has the highest smoke point at 255° C of any plant or vegetable oil so is great for stir fries and high temperature cooking. Avocado oil can be used in a wide variety of dishes. Drizzle over meat, fish or vegetables before roasting, use it to make salad dressings and marinades or simply serve as an accompaniment to warm, crusty bread.
